Wow, it's really been over 5 months since I updated this blog. I always feel like I'm either extremely busy or not busy at all. You'd think that a stay at home Dad would have tons of time on his hands but for those of you that take care of things on the home front, you know that it's not always possible to blog. With all the time that's spent on Facebook it seems that Amy and I just post photos over there and the blog gets neglected. If you feel you can stand my crass humor, naughty language, and genius wit, you are welcome to friend me on Facebook and keep up with our sometimes hectic life.

As usual, lots of fun was had since the last update - many trips to Astoria house, lunches and dinners and beers at Fort George, a couple of weddings, a family picnic, some barbecues, many late night trips to VooDoo Doughnut and as always, good times with family and friends. Oh, and my hair has gotten longer, my beard has gotten out of control, and I quit drinking alcohol. More on that in a later post.

I've thrown together a quick collection of photos from the last few months some of which I don't think Amy posted on Facebook. This is only up through the end of 2010. I hope to post again soon.

This was our "Halloween Photo". As you can see, we recycled the Moon that has become a permanent fixture in our house from our Christmas Photo a few years back. This years' Halloween theme was Steampunk.

Speaking of Christmas Photo, here's the one from this year but in color. The one we sent out was converted to Black and White.

Museum of Glass. If you're ever in Tacoma, Wa. check it out. Really cool for kids (and adults) to see how glass is made.

It has become a tradition for the last few years to have an annual picnics with family and friends at Lewisville Park in Battle Ground, Wa. Last year we finally got a group photo with everybody.

My wonderful Wife purchased me a suit from Duchess Clothier last Fall. It is AWESOME.

Beacon Rock.

At the end of last August, Oliver and I went to Bobs Red Mill and took the tour. Bob came out and played piano and answered questions. He was really cool. I'm told he doesn't do that too often.
